For cows with acute ruminal acidosis and heat stress. High yielding cows can be susceptible to heat stress and dehydration when temperatures rise above 24°C.

Severe ruminal acidosis (e.g. grain overload) Use Agger's Antacid as an adjunct to intravenous sodium bicarbonate therapy.

For cows with acute ruminal acidosis and heat stress: Dissolve one sachet of Agger's Antacid in 20 litres of warm water and administer to the cow by means of the Agger's Cattle Pumps and Drenching Sets. Repeat as necessary.

Severe ruminal acidosis (e.g. grain overload): Dissolve one sachet of Agger's Antacid with as small a volume of warm water necessary to make a drenchable solution. Drench twice a day.
